Hellow all!
Ytd had English remedial and takraw training
Firstly, english remedial so fcuking boring
we all jus had to listen to the teacher talk3, abt english
Wahhh, i can almost sleep sia when the teacher kept talking...haiz...
Anw, takraw training was very tiring, coach emphasize our training on stretching
we had to put our legs on our frens shoulder and stay there, ( FYI: We were standing while doing this ) Try doing tht and u feel exactly hw i felt...hahas
Aft the whole stretching exercise, i jus juggled the ball waiting fer coach to ask me to do something, den ltr coach called me, gonna play match!!! woohoo!
In my team was Hilmi and Din
First match won, second match oso won den coach took us out coz we won 2 ard
Den went to the toilet, wash my face...den drink water frm water-cooler
Aft tht went back to the hall...
Few minutes ltr, my team played agen...
We won den another team came in agen den we won oso
Blah3, den suddenly Coach came into the court...
I thought he was gonna talk to Aizat abt sumthing but actually he was gonna play
Play3, den we lost the first set, second set was a very close one
We were facing against Aidil, Aizat and Coach, of cos
I focused aiming at Aidil and Aizat instead of coach
But in the end, lost larh...
When coach gathered us all coz he wanted to talk to us
I changed shoes...den when i pressed on my right foot
Felt this excruciating pain sia...i groaned fer awhile...
Think i wore the ankle guard too long...hahas
